Talk to Dermatologist on Beard Hair Dye Reaction

I'm using beard hair dye since long time with even all majar brands, but last few months all of sudden i got allergy with inflammation, red small boil and lot of itching which is unbelievable specially at night, Even I have used brands those claim its free amonia and ppd I'm living in Dubai came for short visit in Karachi for short visit please any suggestions or recommendations I'm great full to you regards.
