Talk to Dermatologist on Bkackheads In Nose

assalamualaikum My name is waqas. Am from bahawalpor. my age is 22 . and actually I faced a skin problem that's is blackheads. actually almost 3 year ago I faced this problem . and in this stage I used many face washes and remidies. but it give me quick effect and after few days it's again increase.

and after this I choose a only one face wash and regular usage it's a pounds charcoal face wash.. and it's give a great benefits but almost 3 year regular usage blackheads it's not over . almost every one week if I don't usage a face wash it showing a black dots in nose and nose is become much oily.. and I look like very itchy .. so please suggest me the right path to overcome it and solve permanent solution thanks ?
