Talk to Dermatologist on Black Mark On My Feet
Asking for Self, Male, 27 years old, garden east karachi
i uploaded images of my feet there r black marks on it ,,, no pain though.... only marks,,, plz suggest ointment so marks can be treated plz !
Ur foot images shown slight swelling on it , may be dark marks is due to wrong selection of slippers ,u need a good foot care ,
plz write down Ur age
marital status ,
if u have any health issue
like diabetics or hypertension
need more history to evaluate this problem.

Avoid prolong standing, elevate your legs while you are in a sitting or lying position.
Change your slippers/shoes, use cloth material based shoes/ slippers.
Take antiallergics at night & apply betasalic ointment twice daily.

Dear
you need to visit any Dr near by you, hypertension is not good in this age, keep Ur BP in control, change Ur sitting posture for some time it's causing dark spots on Ur foot. u must have to change Ur shoes & slippers too.
