It can be anything from infectious to inflamatory but from my understanding nothing serious, neverthless you should get it checked and examined under magnifying glass from a proper Dermatology consultant! Travogen is used if theres confusion between infections, so kindly consult a good dermatologist, he cN solve your problem, if you were at larkana you are welcome to visit me, but you arent so domt worry about it too much, if it grows, spreads or cause itch / pain then get it checked or else no need :)
