Talk to Dermatologist on Black Spots

hello I have noticed some black spots on my feets ,as you can see in the picture, for about 1 or 2 months.can please someone tell what are these or what is cause of these spots. I will go to a doctor to let these be checked,but in the mean time it would be really great if someone can tell me about these spot. thank you
