Hello, I have had black marks on my face for almost a year which are not disappearing. Please tell me, I will consider it appropriate to say that I also have psoriasis .

Dr. Sahib, I have been suffering from psoriasis for almost 7 years but it is in control and I am using clobevate ointment for body and clobedrum s location for head. And for dark spots of the face, use vitamin C tablets and Melatec plus cream, but there is no difference. In addition, it is used on the advice of doctors. Please guide

I am located in Karachi. It's better if you get in touch with a qualified and experienced Dermatologist near you or in a large city.
Personally I don't recommend any creams for melasma to men because treatment caused increased darkening of the skin because of exposure to sunlight / UV light.

you must get examined to find out what lesions are and confirm ur psoriasis extent snd control of it
U shld visit a dermatologist near u n take proper treatment. For black spots treatment might be prolonged.
