Dark and thick skin of underarm is called Acanthosis Nigricans. It is related to obesity, weight gain, diabetes, Cushing syndrome, hypothyroidism and a few other conditions. There is a treatment of all the above conditions. The dark and itchy arm pits can be due to certain infections. You need to show to a dermatologist for all the above. There is no home remedy.
