Talk to Dermatologist on Blackheads, Dark Patches

i had a dark brown horizontal line on my nose and dark patch on upper side of nose. I need to know the reason why it occurs. Any home remedy or low cost treatment to get rid of this problem. I had also blackheads problem on my nose.
