Quite likely its Tinea Pedis ( Vesiculo bullous type). Need antifungal treatment ( Oral treatment plus antifungal cream).Keep feet dry. Wear open chappals as far as possible. Consult Dermatologist for clinical assessment

Thanks for sharing ur concern. Apply fucidin cream twice a day for 10 days. It will become better in 2-3 days but continue the cream for atleast 7-10 days.
