Talk to Dermatologist on Blueness Of Arms

My father had an accident almost two weeks back. He fell of bike. Nothing serious. He got hit in the chest and for that he has been using deep heat cream. He was physically fit, he also workout daily, but now he has started to feel very weak. He barely does anything. He can't function normally. He is almost always like he's unconscious, low on energy. Its like he is just breathing and barely alive. His blood, urine, CRP reports are normal. His ESR is 37. His arms have gotten blue. Please guide.
