Body Ache

Question

my mother having full body ache not due to any medical history but ge eral body ache from 2 days i have given her arinic in evening
she uses Modran tab for a long time since 8-9 years daily once no any medical condition
what should i give her for her body ache?
any vitamin suppliment?
