Generally areas that are unexposed remain fairer than the areas of the body that are exposed to sun on a daily basis. You should start using a sunblock religiously to prevent sun damage and wear a cap and sunglasses when out in the field. There are skin lightening creams that can help also but you need to consult for prescription medications.
