Okay so I’m suffering from this weird acne. It’s cystic acne on my chin. Usually I have few pimples sometimes. But ye cyst time pehli dafa hua hai. It’s swollen and very painful. 1 month pehlay nikla phir theek hogaya Aur ab usi jaga pe phir se hai. I’m applying ice, tea tree oil but nothing is working out. Can’t go to a dermatologist I’m this situation so please someone help me out. Can share a picture as well.

You could be suffering from nodulocystic acne . Need to see a dermatologist for further examination and proper treatment, as to avoid scarring .
Who diagnosed it as cystic acne and why that person is not treating your acne ?

It looks like you pinched your acne papule or nodule and now it's an abscess. Damage has already been done. Whenever it heals, it will leave a large/deep scar.
Since you say that you are a medical student, aren't you supposed to treat acne medically. You have been applying obnoxious things.
