Talk to Dermatologist on Boil Flares In Groin Area

AOA, I was diagnosed with, /hidradenitis-suppurativa roughly about 10 years ago, while studying in UK. I used to get these boils, flares in my armpits. I was put on medication for a period of 6 months, and then everything was fine. When I came back to Pakistan everything was fine for the past 9-10 years. Recently for the past 8 months or so I have started getting these boils, flares, in my groin area, only at one particular place again and again. Boil tends to come up within a day, and then bursts out in a day with all the puss draining out (yellowish color). It usually comes after a span of 2-3 weeks. I would like to know what medication can I go on for this or is there any other remedy for this, as it’s very painful process and it’s limiting my ability to do many things. I have tried homeopathic medicine for a few months but it hasn’t made any significant difference to my condition.
