Talk to Dermatologist on Boils In Groin Area

I get these boils, in my groin area and in between my legs very frequently. From April this year I have been getting them continuously every two weeks, I go on a course of antibiotics for a week, and it disappears. Then again it comes back at the same place. Can anyone recommend any permanent solution for this, as this is effecting me a lot in my daily life, I can’t walk properly when boil is on its peak.

Can anyone recommend a good skin doctor, someone who has dealt with a problem like this before.
