Boils On Hips Inner Thighs Vaginal Area

Question

Hey doctors i am a bit overweight and married have 2 kids but its been few months i get some huge boils on my inner thighs mostly near my vaginal area and also on hips they are very huge like not a small boil of black colour which is very painfull but with in 4/5 days it just fade away ... any suggestions ??
