Asking for Self, Male, 21 years old, Lahore

Doctor diagnosed it as Actinic Lichen planus. I have this condition for 18months. I have get myself checked by 2 famous dermatologists in Lahore. Unfortunately, there treatments didn't helped me. I used. I dont remember previous prescriptions. Thou the most recent ones are Hcq200(about 6 months) Clobevate(3 months) Lumexa(6 months). Please help me, it affects my self confidence. Let me know if there is a cure for this disease. Doctors didn't asked me to get myself tested. So i have no lab reports. None of my siblings or parents have this condition. No evidence in other relatives as well

The lesions don't look like of Actinic Lichen Planus but clinical examination and careful history from the patient is the clue.
In any case completely avoid exposure to direct and indirect sunlight is desired. Perhaps keep wearing a P-cap during the day time when out of the building.

Dr Obaid thankyou for your response. 18 months ago, , these lesions were white and ITCHY and my exposure to sunlight was high. After some weeks, it turned dark brown.
Kindly, let me know the treatment for these lesions or do i need to get lab tests. If Yes, then which one

That settles it then. You have post inflammatory hyperpigmentation secondary to some skin lesions that you had about 18 months ago. This post inflammatory pigmentation is made worse by chloroquine and steroidal creams and exposure to sunlight.

Believe me if you cover your forehead like I said in my previous comments, your pigmentation will go away by itself in few months time without using any medication.

Dr. Faryal Thanks for your response. For a further brief history,18 months ago, these lesions were white and ITCHY and my exposure to sunlight was high. After some weeks, it turned dark brown.
Kindly, let me know if there is a possible side effect of this medication, and i hope its safe to use.
Secondly, do i need to apply any topical for these lesions? If there is one, suggest me
