Talk to Dermatologist on Brown Spots( Dots) On Face

I have brown and black spots on my face. I have been to a skin specialist many times before. I have also used some kind of ointment but Nothing happened. I apply Hitone cream but not work so good. PLEASE help me, what i do

Asalamwalikum,that are most likely moles which are removed by laser or cauterized ,so its better to visit nearby dermatologist for proper procedure , because cream will be not effective for that
