Talk to Dermatologist on Brown Streak On Nail

I had got a reply from one doctor last time only but need more replys please. I had developed a bruise like spot on my toenail in the beginning of January. I was so worried about it and in the meantime, I have developed a light brown streak on my thumb on 5th Feb suddenly. though, I think these lines are hereditary but I am experiencing weight loss too. I'll pay a visit to a dermatologist soon but still please tell me is it something to worry as much as I am!
