Talk to Dermatologist on Bruise Caused By Jogging

How to fix this bruise occurred due to running in joggers. Also can I continue to jog in this state.

This is most probably due to ill fitting shoes. You must change your joggers and must wear cotton socks as well.

Yes there is a bit of swelling around, it's better now since I used Betnovate ointment yesterday. Could it be the shoes or socks as reason behind this?
