Talk to Dermatologist on Bump On Armpit?

Today I found this little bump on my armpit that looked like a pimple. I popped it, and stuff came out as usual, but the way it's sticking out that that is concerning, since I've had a pyogenic granuloma before. Is it just a pimple or is it something else?
