Talk to Dermatologist on Bump On Scalp

I have a very weird bump on my scalp. It's brown in color and is quite painful. It's not flat it's raised and kinda looks like a mole. I have gotten these before on my scalp but ive never really paid attention to them but this time it hurts a little more than usual. I have tried picking on them before and they bleed after i pick on them hard meaning they dont bleed easily. They are usually quite tiny and pink in color but this one is a little bigger. Do i have anything to worry about?
