Treatment of burns depends on how deep was the burn. If the burn involved just the upper layer of the skin, very often the dark mark goes away by itself without having any treatment. If the burn is deeper or if there are complications arising from the burns then depending upon the type of burn either a dermatologist or a plastic/reconstructive surgeon treats that.
