Talk to Dermatologist on Burn Scar Mark On Nose

Asalamualaikum. My daughter (6 years old) had a burn injury caused due to hot oil while her mother was cooking chapati, almost 8 months ago.

"Scar heal gel" was advised by a dermatologist which was applied but stopped applying as results were not satisfying because Scar start getting more blackish.

Scar Mark is just light blackish like a pimple spot mark.

Kindly advise some quality cosmetology cream, medicine etc for timely and effective recovery.
