Hello Doctor, I would like to consult regarding multiple symptoms affecting different parts of my body. The issue started after I consumed soup that contained a large amount of red chili and spices. Initially, there were no problems, but the next morning I developed a runny nose/common cold, which resolved by the end of the day. During this time, I also took an iron tablet. One or two days later, I developed a sore throat. On another day, I consumed a relatively large amount of chicken meat. The following morning, I experienced a burning and prickling sensation between two fingers of my right hand. Initially, there was no redness or visible lesion. Later, small bumps appeared in my throat. Around the same time, I developed a burning sensation on both sides of my tongue along with prominent red patches.
