Talk to Dermatologist on Can Vulvar Dermatitis Cause Eczema Or Rash On Different Parts Of Body?

Can someone pls help me i was prescribed travocort and canesten and some antifungal pills canesten made my vulva itch so worse but travocort sooths my itch within 5 mins but the problem is my dermatitis which i assumed is not going away i am pretty sure its dermatitis my discharge has finally became normal like it was before thick mucus like clear with no smell before it was watery fluid with no smell i was also facing eczema on body which my dermatologist said and my ige level was also elevated so i am pretty sure its definitely eczema because i used dyed tissue paper to check for my period and i didnt know it could cause such big issue i guess thats the reason becx i specifically used those rose petal tissue on my vulva so i am guessing that the cause and also my dermatitis has become severe that i am having eczema on body which also goes away when i put steroid ointment so my question is will this ever go away?
