Talk to Dermatologist on Cheeks Redness

My son 8 Months old is having red rashes or acene or milia, (i dnt know what to say)on his face for 3 months..i have used moisturizers also mothercare oil but its not effecting.His skin is becoming hard and dry too.Kindly help me out.
