I was using ordinary niacinamide + zinc from past 1 month with cerave cleanser but suddenly whiteheads or pus filled acne appeared on my face and after 1 to 2 days my whole face is red except forehead. My skin is so dry and now. There are also black marks on my face. What should i do?
