I m pregnant of 8 months and suddenly a mole full with blood appeared on my neck. no itching no pain... but getting bigger in size day by day..

You are right it looks quite big. Although they are normal and a person may have many such angiomas. Please do not puncture or traumatize them as they can bleed profusely. Please visit my clinics so that I may assess if it is treatable by cautery/RF treatment methods.
