Talk to Dermatologist on Chicken Pox Scar
Asking for Self, Male, 21 years old, Karachi, Gulistan E Johar
I have a chicken pox deep pitted scar on my nose since i was 6 years old now im 21. I tried many things as derma rolling but nothing really helped. Can you all help me put here its depressing.
Dear patient, the chronic scar are very difficult to treat with medicine. Best option is laser try to consult Laser dermatologist.
CROSS peeling only option.
You need two things. First, scar subcision and after couple of weeks filler injections. Nothing else will do you any good.

and can you do punch excision? Im good with the stitching scar but not this.

There is no such thing as permanent treatment. Only scar subcision is, as it frees the underneath scar adhesions. There are several fillers that required re-injection after every few years.
I don't do punch excision. If you are interested in that, please contact a plastic surgeon.
