I have a skin disease known as " keratosis Pilaris or chicken skin" since my childhood. Its kind of rough patches and tiny bumps or goosebumps spots on the back of my upper arams and waist.

This is a congenital disorder. Meaning you were born with it and it appeared later in life.
There is no credible treatment. All you have to do is not to use soaps or body washes frequently. Just once or twice a week is sufficient.
Secondly you must apply body Lotions all over your body several times a day to keep it oily throughout the day.
