Talk to Dermatologist on Cluster Of Small Pimples Right Next To My Left Chest

Doctor, a day before this Eid, I noticed a cluster of small pink-coloured pimples (I don't know what they should be called) right next to my left chest. There were also 2 or 3 pink ones right next to my underarms. As days passed, I'm getting much pain. It's 2nd day of Eid and they've turned into very dark pink colour. It hurts That whole area hurt.
