I have acne for more than year. I have been on isotretonion for two months. First 10 days i took 20 mg per day. But after that i am taking 40 MG per day 20 in the morning and 20 in the evening I want advice from doctor about changing my dose or my skin . actually, I am still purging I have passed the worst phase of painful purging. I am living in Italy. an Italian doctor advised me to start isotretonion. I need consultation from dermatologist.
