Talk to Dermatologist on Continuous Itching In Hand Palms With Redness

My daughter is having extreme itching in hand palms . It is having red spots also.. initially I spotted two three pimples near finger area. I applied fenistil gel and giving anti allergy syrup.. it's been a week Bt no peace... kindly advice at your earliest
