Are they raised or flat? If flat than apply contractubex gel on wet skin nd massage in circles, twice a day for 6 months.

Hopefully surgery won't be required but u will be requiring a procedure which will improve ur scar. Even some good silicon gels can help. But for final decision we have to see u. you will need certain procedures that would help reduce scars, ablative laser/ PRP/ Needling all can be tried. These will not go away with any cream alone.
