Use clobevate cream twice a day for 3 months on raised scar. I think there z no need for surgery as it will leave its own scar.

Hopefully surgery won't be required but u will be requiring a procedure which will improve ur scar. Even some good silicon gels can help. But for final decision we have to see u. you will need certain procedures that would help reduce scars, ablative laser/ PRP/ Needling all can be tried. These will not go away with any cream alone.
