Talk to Dermatologist on Cut Scar On Eyebrow From Accident

In end of feb I met an accident and got hit in iron rod of auto. I bleeded then but got eventually better (I was using Fusicort as suggested by docs here) but now it has left a cut mark on my eyebrow which is at a level below my skin( like when you touch it you can feel that there is a line a little deep. How do I get rid of it ? I can’t hide it my make up as well because it becomes evident that it’s below the level of my skin or discontinuity is visible. Kindly help me out attaching the picture.

Dear Pt, it won't get better by applying creams. As its not only pigmentation but a dent. your Dr should have addressed it properly by approximating it. Can't comment further unless examine. but by using pigmentation creams ur issue won't be resolved. Regards

On 26-27 feb 2020 I hit my head in an iron rod of an auto because it lost balance on a hilly road. I was bleeding and I rushed to ER of a hospital within 2 mins of accident as the hospital was right there. The doc there said I don’t need stitches and just cleaned it with Pyodine or spirit and put band-aid and suggest to use FUSICORT which I used for a week to avoid scarring and infection but I now have a dent and scar just above my eyebrow which is not pleasant for me.

There are so many treatments available now for the scar. For example PRP, Micro needling and plasma Fibroblasting. But at this stage I will not jump to any of those treatments.
Let me examine your scar and then only I can guide you to go for any of the treatments available or to just wait and watch. I am working during this lock down. So if you want to consult please make an appointment thru Marham.
