Talk to Dermatologist on Cuts On Skin
Asking for Self, Female, 31 years old, Karachi
I am getting these cuts on the skin. Yesterday they were on my hands today on shoulders and even breast. I bite my nails and they’re too small so can’t be due to scratching. My husband also has these on his arms. What could be the reason?
Since these are linear, therefore chances are they are traumatic. We will have to see what's causing that. Meanwhile I cannot prescribe you anything, but apply Vaseline to your hands frequently.

Chances are they are due to slight touching of the free edge of your nails. Since you have a habit of nail biting you may be having few sharp corners too on them.
Like I said you will have to observe yourself
