Talk to Dermatologist on Cutt Marks

Assalam o alaikum! i have done cuts on my arm (hand). i am getting married in few months. I have strict parents. i can't go for laser treatment or something what should i do ????? i mean any ointment which can completely clear my skin or change its whiten area into my body skin colour? plzz i need help but i can't consult to any doctor then my parents will come to know about this they will not let me go then plx help someone told me about contractubex gel to apply on hand for 2 to 6 months will it work ?? i am applying it for 1 month plz help me
