Hi, I have been facing acne from teenage but day by day more frequent break outs. I have tried almost every dermatologically tested and expensive face washes. A dermatologist in Dubai gave me tetralsyal 300mg (lymecycline) for 4 months with epiduo gel. My face become almost clear while I was having the medicine. Its been a week that my course has ended up and cystic acne with pain is again around my nose area and chin with dry patches around nose, however my skin is extremely oily. Please help
