Talk to Dermatologist on Daaney On Skin

Asalam o alaikum doctor, my mother jws been suffering from a horrible skin problem since 2+ months. She has warts/DAANEY on her skin followed by whole body with severe itching along. Sometimes her skin even bleeds. Those warts have blacked out her whole skin depicting a horrible out look. She's 52 with 4 children and a very early menopause at the age of 36, less or more... She had suffered from skin problem after her 3rd and 4rth delivery. For the cure of which she consulted several doctors followed by several medicines and soaps but nothing worked. That skin problem with time being softened but never stopped. And from past 2 or 3 months it looks as horrible as one can imagine. She consulted a dermatologist few days ago and taken the medicines she gave her followed by dove beauty bar and lotions I am attaching the pictures below. Also , very very slight difference occured after medications and the pain is as it is there.
