I prefer not to do online consultation because it's very important to see the actual examine the skin disorder. Videos and pics do not help in diagnosis unless they are photographed professionally.
It's dangerous and unethical to treat someone just by looking at the picture. At least this is what I follow.

could be calosity secondary to putting constant pressure on the area during namaz or otherwise during usual sittings on carpet it could be anything u need to arrange consultation either online or on doctors clinic to sort this out.
