Talk to Dermatologist on Dandruff & Extreme Oil Secretion

I have had dandruff problem for 6+ years now. It looks like a bacteria forming on my head. It comes back within 24 hours of taking a proper shower. I also have a lot of oil secretion from my head skin. The hair also become very oil 24 hours after a shower. Kindly recommend a solution. Thank you
