Talk to Dermatologist on Dandruff And Hair Fall In Winters

As winter season is approaching, I have severe dandruff in my hair even my shoulders and ears have a lot of fallen dandruff. It is also causing irritation and itching in my head skin. Kindly suggest any Lotion/Shampoo or medicine to cure it Earlier one of my Dermatologist in Saudi Arabia once advised me a lotion with betamethasone and salicylic acid and it works little. Now suggest me, either I should use same medicine or should use something else. Kindly advise. I'll be very thankful.
