wash twice weekly with selsun blue shampoo. dilute in water apply to wet scalp leave for 3 mins then rinse off. Apply dermosporin lotion at bedtime 2 drops only for 5 shampoo.

That sticky wet like scaling is due to maternal hormones and the scaling may persist for upto one year. Meanwhile just dab a cotton ball with Johnson's baby lotion and try to scrape it off very gently every now and then.
At this stage I won't recommend any medicated shampoo or medicine but if scales do not respond well with scrapping , then contact me online and sheet examining the baby I will prescribe some medicine.
