Pic isn't clear but it could b insect bite or it could b scabies if u feel itch mostly at night and it could b chicken pox if there are small vesicles along with temp so brief history is necessary which is missing...till then use calamine lotion and antiallergy tab rigix at night to avoid itch ..better to visit a dermatologist physically for better treatment.
