Talk to Dermatologist on Dark And Two Toned Skin Because Of Excessive Outdoor Activity

I Have Genetically Fair Skin But I Have Played Allot Of Sports Since My School Days Since I Used To Represent Interschool Football Team , So My Skin Has Become Very Dull And worst thing is the two tone Skin , My Hands And Neck Is Very dark !! they don't Even match my face now... I have never used sunblock (which I'm aware that I should have used ) but now help me that how should I treat this ? I was suggested eventone lotion but that didn't worked
