Dear Pt, I hope you are well. See its quite Tricky to treat Asian skin pigmentation related to issues.... So unless I see wht skin type you are it would be INcorrect to suggest anything. In Asian skin we need to maintain a balance where we get BENEFIT rather certain poor quality creams damaging and leading to PIH. I won't suggest poor quality stuff as it can lead to permanent damage.... plus unless exactly know ur skin type & extent and grade of pigmentation can't give you appropriate treatment options. Hope this was helpful to understand at least the Basics. Regards

I don't know exactly what you have but I am suspecting a skin disorder in which skin gets thickened and becomes dark in colour associated with obesity.

If you are obese then try to lose weight which may reduce the pigmentation. But if you find out other members of your family may too have dark skin on the areas you mentioned.

Regards

In that case some experienced Dermatologist must examine you. I cannot because i am located in Karachi and obviously you can't travel to Karachi just for this.
