Talk to Dermatologist on Dark Brown Pigmented Portion On Nose Due To Accident In Child Hood

i have a dark pigmented brown portion on side of nose.. on left side.. when I was 5 years of age a steel rod fell on nose and now im 21 it is still there..I have consulted almost very professional dermatologists of lhr and had prescribed loads of lotions cream ointments throughout this period of 20 years but it grew darker. I have also taken 10 to 15 sessions of different lasers.. that didn't work. plz any honest opinion?

It is difficult to assess without visual examination . please consult a plastic surgeon to see if it can be surgically removed or ask a dermatologist about carbon dioxide laser .
