Dark Circles, Wrinkles

I have very dark Circles around eyes and wrinkles also for 6,7 years. Garmiyon me ziada dark ho jaty hain .Kindly suggest some medication. Also suggest me a sunblock for daily use and Tell me kiya Evion 400mg daily leny se koo side effects hoty hain ya safe ha... please
