I wish you were living in Karachi and I would have treated your scars very well.
There is no medicine whether oral or topical that can treat scars.
You need dermatological cosmetic treatment procedures to get rid of the depressed acne scars.
You will be needing a combination of treatments running together. For example acne scar subcision with intra-dermal PRP and Microneedling. And just few weeks before your wedding Plasma Fibroblasting.
I don't know if you have qualified and experienced Dermatologist on your area for these treatments.

PRP for facial rejuvenation & scars is controversial and quite poor outcome & also depending what material & kits n machines used.
